Oklahoma Beef Quality Summit

The three-day Beef Quality Summit gives producers, retailers, food service professionals and packers the hands-on information they need to improve and maintain a high standard of beef quality.

The Summit covers multiple topics including live cattle yield and quality grading, carcass evaluation and fabrication, food safety, value-added products and current trends in the beef industry.

Sponsored by the Oklahoma Beef Industry Council with beef checkoff dollars, the Summit is held at Oklahoma State University utilizing superior faculty and state-of-the-art facilities.
