2 Teaspoons Ginger, fresh, grated or 1 teaspoon ground
1 Teaspoon honey
2 Green Onions, Minced
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
6-8 Leaves Iceberg Lettuce, or Butter leaf
Sweet Chili Sauce, optional
Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Once hot, add a small handful of thin rice noodles, which will fry instantly. Flip over and then remove from the oil immediately and set aside on a napkin lined plate.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add Ground Beef; cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking beef into 1/2-inch crumbles and stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic, ginger, honey, green onions, sesame oil, and soy sauce and stir well. Remove from heat and serve on lettuce. Top it with rice noodles, shredded carrots and sweet chili sauce if desired.
