Cheeseburger Eggrolls: In a bowl or Air fryer

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup minced or fresh onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ pkg broccoli or cabbage slaw mix
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • ¼ cup dill pickle relish
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  •  Eggroll wrappers

Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder and ginger until beef is browned through.

Reduce heat and add slaw mix, soy sauce, carrots, salt and pepper. Cover skillet and simmer until slaw and carrots are tender, about 20 minutes.

Top with sesame oil and relish. Simmer 5 min more.

Top with cheese and serve.

Prepare ground beef mixture above. Place egg roll wrapper on counter and use kitchen brush to wet all edges with water. Place 2 tbsp of beef mixture in center of wrapper. Wrap around the beef mixture tightly and then wet outside of wrapper to seal.

Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Place egg rolls in basket leaving space between each egg roll. Set timer for 10 min. Note that each air fryer cooks differently, so you may need to shorten or lengthen the cooking time for your specific air fryer.
